CRM attach licence for Business Central licensed users is now available
A new licence has been created for Business Central users to have access to Microsoft CRM via the Dynamics 365 Sales Pro or Customer Service Pro.
This is a significant change as it reduces the entry cost of a licence from £49 to £15.10 per user per month – see details
This means if you only have Business Central you can then start to develop your sales processes through the powerful functionality of Microsoft CRM and remember that the two systems can be linked together so that you can start with a new lead in CRM and take it through to an order in Business Central.
