Opening an InPrivate Browser Session

In private browsing allows you to log into a separate trial or different system and not have it interact or save user profiles that will interfere with any live systems that you run.

The below runs through how to do this for the major browsers

Internet Explorer

Open In-Private via the cog in top right of the browser

A new window will open

The address bar then should have InPrivate next to it

Edge

Open In-Private via the cog in top right of the browser

Chrome

In Chrome it’s the three dots top right and it’s called Incognito

The Tabs then have a “spy” hat and glasses icon

Firefox

Open Private via the cog in top right of the browser
