Summary
Now that the April 2019 Dynamics updated has just finished going through, the October 2019 update guide has been released. The guide details all the new functionality that will be added to the Dynamics 365 suite and it can be downloaded by clicking on the image below.
There is also a separate PDF for the Power Platfrom update which can be downloaded by clicking on the image below.
What does this mean for me?
The functionality will become available for the sandboxes early August and we will be in touch with you to help you with the upgrade to the new version.
We’ll also add news updates about particular functionalities that are worth highlighting
In the guide Microsoft have made it a little clearer this time as to which bits of functionality will be on be default and which you will have a choice to turn on
End users, automatically
These features include change(s) to the user experience for end users and are enabled automatically.
Admins, makers, or analysts, automatically
These features are meant to be used by administrators, makers, or business analysts and are enabled automatically.
End users by admins, makers, or analysts
These features must be enabled or configured by the administrators, makers, or business analysts to be available for their end users.
