As part of the relationship insights features in CE you can now track whether your emails are being opened by your recipients along with some other functions.

As part of the relationship insights features in CE you can now track whether your emails are being opened by your recipients along with some other functions.

Send an email from CE in the normal fashion. If you then open that email record you will see new form panes on the right-hand side

Within email engagement you can decide to not follow (track) the email interactions or you can set a reminder to follow up to see the interactions at a later date.

In the pane below, you will then see the count of interactions as to whether the email was opened, its attachments opened, its links clicked or if it was replied to.

This should add a new dimension to your CE and allow you to be more informed about your interactions with your customers.
