The CRM lead qualification process can now be controlled – just like it used to be.

Remember when you could control whether an account, contact and/or opportunity was created when you qualify a lead?  That functionality was taken out of CRM a while ago but now it’s back.

To turn it on you need to go to System administration settings, the sales tab and then turn the Qualify lead experience to no

When you next qualify a lead, you’ll see the below options in a dialog

You can then choose which records you wish to create.
