There is to be a new Team Member App for CRM.
Microsoft have now introduced a Unified Interface App that is specifically for the Team members, this is to ensure proper licence compliancy.
There are a lot of limitations with regards to the Team Member licence – the graphic below may assist you in deciding whether a user can utilise Team licence or not
