Summary
CRM Outlook Client is dead – again!
Microsoft tried to deprecate the client a while back and the user outrage feedback meant that they had to recant and delay this for a while.
Well its demise is back on the cards and this time it will stick as its been tied to the retirement of the classic interface in October 2020.
What does this mean for me?
If you are still using the classic style full Outlook installed client then in (and preferably before) October 2020 you will need to move over to the Outlook app add in.
