Summary
New function to quick add multiple products to an opportunity.
Instead of adding products one by one to an opportunity you can now get a list of products and select the ones you want.
Use Add products as normal
You can then add products by selecting the + button
Note that you can use search to find a product
There is also a tab for recently added products
To add write in products (free text items) then use the last tab “Write In” and select the + write in product
When you have selected everything you want then use Add to Opportunity at the bottom and all the lines are added.
How do I get this?
System admins can turn on this functionality by going to
App Settings – Product Catalog Settings – Adding Products Enhanced Add Product Experience
