Summary
Version 9 of Microsoft CRM now has Multi select option sets (pick lists)
What does this mean to me?
Previously if you had a field that was a pick list with several options you could set the field to just one of those options.
If you need to select more than one option then the workaround was to add checkboxes for each option and you selected the ones you need.
There is a new field type added to version 9 that allows you to have a pick list where you can choose multiple options.
On the form it looks like this when selecting items

How do I do this?
