Version 9 of Microsoft CRM now has a “Not in” or “Without a” feature for advanced find.

Summary

Version 9 of Microsoft CRM now has a “Not in” or “Without a” feature for advanced find.

What does this mean to me?

Previously if you had a query like "Show me all the leads that do not have an activity record" then it was a convoluted process involving marketing lists but now you can build a simple query to do this.

How do I do this?

You need to be on version 9 or later.  See knowledgebase article on how to check this (login required).

See the knowledgebase article on how to do the advanced find (login required).
