CE Wave 2 New Feature - Scanning Business Cards

Business cards can be scanned via mobile or web.

Business cards can be scanned via mobile or web. The scanner will analyze the card for relevant information, and automatically update respective fields in the system. The feature also offers configuration, allowing users to select alternative fields to populate.

 

What does this mean for me?

If you have CRM/CE online then this update will appear during the wave 2 update beginning October 2019.

Note that this update will only work with the Unified Client – If you are not yet using the Unified Client then please get in touch with us and we will help you plan the transition. Information on the Unified Client can be found here.
