CE (CRM) Web Client Deprecation Date Announced
After a lot of speculation Microsoft have announced the date that the web (classic) client will no longer be available to use and that’s October 2020.
This means that you should start planning to move to the Unified Interface see this news article for more info.
In reality Microsoft have already moved to the new UI as all but one of the new features released in October 2019 work only in the new UI.
